Find It Now — Account & Data Deletion

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated data, please follow one of the options below:

1) Email us at support@baseanalytics.com.au from the email address associated with your account. Include:
– Your account username or email address used with Find It Now app
– A short sentence stating you want your account and data deleted (e.g., “Please delete my Find It Now account and all associated data”)
– Any additional identifying info (optional): device ID, user ID, or order/reference numbers

What we will delete

– Remove your user account and authentication records
– Delete or anonymize your profile info (display name, avatar, bio)
– Delete your public posts and listings (including photos, voice clips, and attached media) unless retention is required for legal or safety reasons
– Remove saved items, preferences, and local settings stored on our servers

Retention timeline

– Processing begins within 7 business days
– Typical deletion completes within 30 days

Questions & verification

We may ask you to verify your identity (e.g., reply from the registered email). We will never ask for your password.
