Find It Now (“Find It Now”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates a community-driven mobile application that allows users to discover and share local deals and offers (the “App”).

Users may report content or accounts directly within the App. Reported content is reviewed by administrators. We may remove content, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who violate our standards.

Users may block other users to prevent viewing their content.

We collect information necessary to operate the App effectively and securely.

  • Optional profile image

  • Country and optional state/region

User-Generated Content

  • Deals and offers posted

  • Usage analytics (via Firebase Analytics)

  • Crash reports (via Crashlytics)

3.3 Authentication Providers

If you sign in using Google or Apple Sign-In, we receive only the basic account information provided by those services (such as name and email address), as permitted by you.

We do not access unrelated third-party account data.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Create and manage user accounts

  • Enable posting and community interaction

  • Provide moderation and safety enforcement

  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

  • Improve performance and user experience

8. Account Deletion & Your Rights

Users may permanently delete their account directly within the App.

Naviagte to ‘Help and Support’ section and scroll down to the very bottom. Upon tapping the ‘delete account’ button, following happens-

Upon deletion:

  • Authentication credentials are removed

  • Profile data is deleted

  • Associated user-generated content owned by the account is removed

  • Blocking data and internal moderation records may be retained for security and fraud prevention where legally necessary

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Access your personal data

  • Correct inaccurate information

  • Request deletion

  • Restrict or object to processing

  • Withdraw consent where applicable

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be stored and processed in countries outside your residence, including on cloud infrastructure.

By using the App, you consent to this transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

10. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including:

  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS)

  • Secure authentication systems

  • Role-based access controls

  • Monitoring for unauthorized activity

No system is completely secure; however, we take commercially reasonable measures to safeguard information.

11. Children’s Privacy

Find It Now is not directed to children under 13 years of age (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it.

12. Third-Party Services

  • Crashlytics

  • Apple Sign-In
